Payments

We appreciate cash and checks but accept major credit cards (Visa/MC/Amex). Please note, for all returned checks there is a $75.00 fee.

Credit Cards

We require credit card information prior to scheduling appointments. Rest assured your credit card information is secure and it will never be shared with anyone.  Our staff will not keep any written record of your information and once entered into our secure system the only information we will have access to are the last four digits of the card. By providing your credit card information you are acknowledging our cancellation/no show policy.

Deposits

For all high ticket service items, we require a non-refundable $100 deposit/down payment at the time we schedule your appointment; this it to hold your spot. These services include: All Permanent Makeup (PMU), Microneedling and Pellevé. This amount will be applied to your completed service. Please refer to our ‘Cancellations, Reschedules & No Shows’ to ensure the protection of your deposit.

Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows

As a small business, part of our success depends on a mutual respect of time. We understand that in some cases you may need to make changes to your scheduled appointment(s). Should you need to reschedule/cancel any service(s) booked, you must notify BAHIA 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment by phone only (text/email will not be accepted). Failure to do so will render the appointment missed or cancelled late. In the absence of adequate notice, a fee equal to or 50% of the service/package price will be charged. No shows will be charged full menu price. We do understand that unavoidable situations do occur, we will do our best to work with you in the case of an emergency. However, if last minute cancellations become habit, our services will continue to be available to you when you call for same-day availability.

In case of late arrival, the completion of the service is left to the technicians discretion. Arriving 15+ minutes past your scheduled treatment time is especially disruptive to our time intensive treatments (45+ Min). If tardiness results in an inability to properly complete the service, it will need to be rescheduled and considered a no-show. We dedicate a specific time slot for each service and it is paramount to us that we remain respectful of our clients’ time at BAHIA. We appreciate your understanding.

Arrivals

We appreciate your arrival 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled session so that you have time to relax in our reception area or fill out any needed paperwork for new services.

Pricing

We do our best to notify our clients of any change in our fees for services when they are scheduled, however, please note that our prices are subject to change without notification. If you are unsure of the price of your service, please check our website or ask a member of our staff prior to your scheduled appointment.

Return/Exchange Policy

When you purchase a package of treatments, you may receive a discounted price. The discounted price requires full payment for the series before the first treatment date. We do not offer refunds on packages that have been purchased. Should you choose to cancel after you have begun your treatment series, BAHIA will honor the outstanding amount in the form of a gift card exchangeable for goods/services. Credit will be given on remaining funds after the full (not discounted) price of the treatment is debited.

We stand behind our prescribed dermalogica® skincare products, however, if you are unhappy with them for any reason, you could exchange them for other products within 7 days of purchase. Skincare products may be returned (unopened) up to 14 days from the date of original purchase for BAHIA credit only.

Dermalogica® Products

We offer 20% discount off all dermalogica® products. While we know that there are other avenues for purchasing products, please be aware that it is not uncommon for the skin care products to be diluted, counterfeit, stolen, expired, otherwise tampered with or simply prescribed incorrectly. Here at BAHIA we guarantee full support and product coaching for customers that purchase their products directly from us. We feel that our expertise and guidance outweigh any cost/time savings you may receive from purchasing products elsewhere. Should you choose to order those products from other retailers please be aware that in doing so you forfeit our exclusive product discount. Here at BAHIA, we are able to offer this discount as an appreciation for our client’s continued loyalty to the brand through us.

Gift Cards

Our gift cards can be purchased at BAHIA, over the phone or on our website. If you are purchasing a gift card for someone else, it will be entered in the recipient’s name in our system. The value of the gift card may be exchanged for services and products. BAHIA gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The pre-paid gift card must be presented at the time of service and used within 1 year from date of purchase. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Children & Pets

We love children, and have some ourselves, however their presence in the treatment area can be disruptive to our staff and other BAHIA clients. Please do not leave children unattended in the reception area.

We also love animals, but at BAHIA we are a wellness clinic where a safe and sanitary environment is a priority. With the exception of service animals, unfortunately we ask that pets are kept outside of our facility.
