Owners & licensed aestheticians Randa Sleiman and daughters Nisreen & May Sleiman have over 30 years of combined experience in the beauty industry. Their expertise includes skin care, hair removal (waxing, threading, electrolysis & laser) permanent makeup application and brow & lash treatments (tint, extension, shape and design).
New services at BAHIA now include Laser Medical Skin Procedures, Cosmetic Injections,
Microneedling, Pellevé, Dermaplaning, Microblading and Saline Tattoo Removal.

I am an Ohio Medical Board Licensed aesthetician with over 20 years of experience in the field of beauty therapy. My practical experience across different cultures contributes greatly to my dynamic personality and my ability to communicate with people and to tune in to their specific needs.
Before I moved to Ohio I ran two businesses simultaneously with my daughter overseas. Upon moving to Ohio, I worked as an aesthetician, permanent makeup artist, and electrologist at a beauty clinic in Gahanna. A couple of years later I co-managed it with the owner. Shortly after that, I pursued a certification in Laser hair removal and started working with the Columbus Laser Spa here in Columbus.I am constantly on the lookout for the latest and most effective techniques in my field and I love being able to offer my clients the best service every time they hop onto my treatment couch. I am very personable and professional and I am always excited to get to know my clients whom, over time, become my friends. I currently live in Ohio with my wonderful husband and am a proud grandmother to both my grandson and granddaughter. I look forward to meeting you.
I trained in the field of spa therapy and management in the United Kingdom and I graduated with honors in the summer of 1997. I was awarded international certifications from Zürich that same year. CIDESCO is one of the most prestigious certifications in our industry and I am proud to have that under my belt. I am also Ohio Medical Board certified.
People and wellness are my life’s passion and I am always excited to learn new things. I am very well-traveled and that adds to my versatility and my ability to connect seamlessly across cultures and ethnicities. Having over a decade of experience both performing my therapies, and managing my own business overseas, I am very excited to keep doing what I do best at BAHIA. Let’s meet soon!
I have an innate enthusiasm for the arts and all things aesthetically pleasing; and that’s what led me to get my undergrad in Fashion Design. I am driven by creativity and I enjoy helping people find an external expression of who they truly feel they are. While I loved the years I spent in this industry, I was disenchanted with the constant gap between the design idea and the end result, the client. Permanent makeup had always fascinated me and how such subtle application of micro pigment, in just the right amounts, can enhance a person’s facial features. Today I am a permanent makeup artist, certified by Nouveau Contour & Everlasting Brows.
This is where I am able to combine my background in color and design and watch it translate seamlessly onto my tattoos. I am ecstatic that by joining BAHIA I don’t only get to work for my family business, but I also get to help people feel like the best version of themselves. I make it a point to stay current because I am committed to offer the most innovative techniques in micropigmentation and it’s various applications. Being a perfectionist by nature, I sweat the details and I recognize the level of commitment it takes to have the procedure done. I love that I am a permanent makeup artist and I am excited to share my passion with you!
Originally from the Chicago area, Dr. Fikes obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton, his master’s degree in public health from The Ohio State University and his Medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has worked in Columbus for various major health systems and in many central Ohio hospitals for over 15 years giving him extensive experience in a wide range of healthcare settings. His approach is patient-centric and his philosophy of providing quality care matches perfectly with that of the team at Bahia Clinical Aesthetics. Dr. Fikes is personable and attentive and he reaches his treatment protocols in partnership with his patients.
Dr. Fikes’ intrigue by the growing technological advances in the medical aesthetic field lead him to train in a variety of laser modalities earning himself an Ohio Medical Board certification in all aesthetic laser disciplines. He is excited to join the Bahia Clinical Aesthetics team here in Westerville and we are thrilled to expand our MediSpa menu to include facial rejuvenation (collagen & elastin stimulation, wrinkle reduction), pigment correction (freckles, sunspots, age spots), benign skin lesion removal (skin tags, seborrheic keratosis), as well as microvascular therapy for face & body (broken veins/capillaries). Those procedures are gaining a lot of traction as non-invasive treatments that are safe and effective, and we can’t wait to show you.
